Gram Panchayat NOC for Rural Construction & Electrification
As per the Arunachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, any permanent construction or utility connection within rural Gram Panchayat jurisdiction requires a verified NOC from the concerned Gram Panchayat Secretariat following physical boundary inspection.

- Gaon Burah Endorsement / Kebang Clearance Letter
Panchayat Residential Recommendation Certificate
Certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat verifying continuous local residence and good standing of the applicant in the rural revenue village, required for educational stipends and state government verifications.

Jal Jeevan Mission / Rural Water Supply NOC
Verification certificate from Village Water & Sanitation Committee (VWSC) and Gram Panchayat permitting tapping into rural water pipeline networks without disrupting communal supply.

Rural Property & Asset Verification Endorsement
