Eligibility Criteria
- Bonafide resident or landholder of the respective Gram Panchayat in East Siang.
- Clear title or customary land holding certification (LPC) signed by Gaon Burah / DC Office.
- No boundary dispute pending before the Kebang (Village Customary Court) or DC Office.
