Scheme Objectives & Focus
Housing for all rural families living in kutcha or dilapidated dwellings across all 44 Gram Panchayats in East Siang.
Financial & Material Entitlements
Direct financial subsidy of ₹1,30,000 for hilly/difficult terrain disbursed in DBT installments linked to geo-tagged physical construction stages.
Eligibility Criteria
- •Houseless households or families living in kutcha structures identified via Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC) / Awaas+ list.
- •Beneficiary list must be verified and ratified by the respective Gram Sabha.

- ✓Bank Account Passbook (DBT enabled)
- ✓Land Possession Certificate (LPC) / Gaon Burah Land Holding Certificate
- ✓Aadhaar / Voter ID
How to Apply
Beneficiary lists generated from SECC/Awaas+ database are validated by Gram Sabha. Approved beneficiaries construct homes with staged geo-tagging.
Gram Sabha Ratification
As per Panchayati Raj norms, beneficiary selection is ratified in the general Gram Sabha meeting of the concerned Gram Panchayat.
