Scheme Objectives & Focus
Provide housing for all in rural Arunachal Pradesh with disaster-resilient hill architecture designs.
Financial & Material Entitlements
₹1,30,000 unit grant for North-Eastern hilly states in 3 installments + ₹12,000 for toilet under SBM-G + 90 days MGNREGA wages.
Eligibility Criteria
- •Households without shelter or living in zero/one/two-room kuccha houses.
- •Identified in the Socio-Economic and Caste Census (SECC) / Awaas+ list approved by Gram Sabha.

How to Apply
Selections are made via Gram Sabha ratification of the verified Awaas+ Priority List.
Gram Sabha Ratification
As per Panchayati Raj norms, beneficiary selection is ratified in the general Gram Sabha meeting of the concerned Gram Panchayat.
