This website is designed, developed, and maintained by the Panchayati Raj Department, East Siang District, Government of Arunachal Pradesh. Though all efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy and currency of the content, the same should not be construed as a statement of law or used for any legal purposes without prior verification.
2. User Account and Responsibilities
Users registering on the citizen portal agree to provide accurate and authentic personal information. Submission of forged documents or fraudulent declarations in applications or grievances will attract penal action under applicable laws.
3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Pasighat / Gauhati High Court (Itanagar Bench).
